• Notes

  Vaudeville entertainer Mr. Jameson started his 40 year performing career in the Fitchburg and Lunenburg areas. He later toured the country, performing in most of the major cities with his wife, the late Nettle DeCoursey, who popularized the song "I Wonder Who's Kissing Her Now?". The deep bass of the Empire City Quartet, Mr. Jameson was the featured star of the Spooner Stock Company. He was a member of Ihe American Guild of Variety Artists. After retiring, he lived in Boston then later the Rose Haven Villa in Thornton's Ferry, with his niece, and only survivor, Mrs. Phyllis Woodward.
