Other Jamesons who might have served in the War of 1812

Home      Military Index      War of 1812 Index      1812 Worksheet Index

Soldiers for the War of 1812 came from many states. Our Jamesons who served in this war however would have only come from a few north eastern states. Namely, New York and New Hampshire, with a possibility of perhaps Vermont and Massachusetts. Beyond that it is unlikely, mostly because that is the extent of where our Jamesons were living at the time.

This is a list, based on Ancestry's "War of 812 Soldiers Index" of the Jameson named soldiers from these areas as possible candidates.
